Hallettsville's
Festival of Lights 2023
We invite you to be part of the
2023 Festival of Lights, Lighting Extravaganza!
Our Lavaca County Courthouse built in 1897, is lit up with around 300,000 magical lights, all of which illuminate our beautifully restored historical landmark, and our breathtaking historic Gazebo as around 100,000 lights of its own.
Our event takes place on the Saturday after Thanksgiving annually. Located in Historic Downtown Hallettsville, Tx. This year's event is on Saturday, November 25th. Starting the day's activities at 12:00noon with Santa in the Courthouse, over 40 vendors, lots of food & adult beverages, live music, and an interactive kids center from 12-4, which includes a Petting Zoo and Bounce Houses. The lighting extravaganza starts at 6:00pm, with followed by the Kiddie and Lighted parades to follow. Stick around, because the Live Nativity Pageant is performed on the East side of Square.

We hope to see you there!
